The very first tutorial I ever gave in my Digital Scrapper newsletter was called 'Mini Metal Frame.' I taught how to make a frame using the Shapes tools, similar to the Slide Mount technique I taught last week, but I added a WOW chrome metal layer style.
It's still a great way to make a mini metal frame!
